Due to high client demand, performance.io is expanding again.

We’re looking for a talented Junior Business Development Analyst to join the performance.io team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with the client facing business units (Sales and Accounts).

As a Business Development Analyst, your responsibilities will include supporting the business with internal initiatives such as horizon scanning, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as client facing initiatives such as structuring of proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients.

Being part of a close-knit London-based global team, you will have great visibility and exposure to senior directors in the company and the opportunity to progressively take on more and more responsibilities early on in your career.

What will you be doing?

Generate insights that shape and challenge the business development strategy
Analyse information gathered internally to track revenue vs. target, new business wins, business repeatability, market/account penetration and business development activity
Leverage external information to understand macro-climate at key accounts and market trends to highlight potential opportunities and risks
Support development of accurate and timely monthly financial forecasts and creation of reports and presentations for boards members and other senior stakeholders
Support development and data-integrity of customer relationship management (CRM) system to support business development and reporting activities
Support client services team in the development of pitch presentations and project proposals for prospective clients
Maintain and support changes to the pricing framework

What experience do you need?

1-2 years experience in a business analytics role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or Finance related degrees
Highly proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) and Google workspace (e.g. Google slides, Google sheets)
Proven numerical and analytical capabilities, with strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Critical thinker and problem-solver
Team player and ability to build strong relationships
Commercial and pioneering mindset
Proactive with ability to deal with ambiguity
Self-starter
