The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive Account Executive with at least 1-2 years experience to join the fast growing performance.io team. As an Account Executive, you will be reporting to our Senior Account Managers, supporting programme implementation, project management, budgeting and third party liaison for accounts within our existing pharmaceutical & healthcare portfolio.

As an Account Executive your role will be to support day to day project management, working with senior team members to implement strategic SEO programmes ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

What will you be doing?

Working with agency colleagues to devise online performance programmes that meet the client’s brief and budget.
Working with the Account Manager to brief PIO specialists across SEO, performance, and content divisions and assist with the formulation of end to end online performance marketing programmes.
Support Account Manager to liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the PIO team by maintaining regular contact with both.
Develop client budgets, manage project costs, reconciliations, and invoicing of clients.
Develop detailed project timelines, and work with Account Manager to ensure that core milestones are met or exceeded.
Arrange and attend client calls to take notes & actions, and ensure that client status reports remain updated.
Undertake administrative tasks.
Support in development of new business pitches, along with other agency staff, with the aim of securing new business for the agency.

What experience do you need?

1-2 years project management experience is essential, and ideally working with pharmaceutical / healthcare clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks / projects concurrently.
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including use and creation of Excel files and other standard financial accounting software.
Knowledge of online marketing tools and technology beneficial.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative and be flexible.
A willingness to learn.
Team player.
