The opportunity

We are looking for a bright, creative & inquisitive Marketing & Account Executive to join the fast growing performance.io team. As a Marketing & Account Executive, you will be reporting to one of our Senior Account Managers, and build a strong relationship with the Head of Client Services & Marketing Lead. Your primary role and focus will be to support the implementation of our internal marketing activities aligned to our strategy for the performance.io brand with the exciting opportunity to progress your career as we grow and scale our agency. A secondary responsibility of the role will be to support our Client Services Team with some back-of-house client account and team administrative activities, building your knowledge of our business, healthcare clientele and SEO.

What will you be doing?

  • Working independently and as part of a team to develop, support and implement performance.io marketing activities in line with the marketing strategy and overall business objectives
  • Manage our social media channels with a particular focus on LinkedIn, responding to and managing our community & monitoring competitor activity
  • Plan social media content, artwork content using Adobe suite & publish posts
  • Manage and maintain our website, work with development team to update existing and publish new content ensuring we stay current and competitive in our marketplace
  • Maintain and update existing marketing collateral and assets on a regular basis including case studies and presentations.
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to ensure awareness of new initiatives, updates and changes to existing marketing collateral, campaigns and activities.
  • Train new recruits on our branding and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to marketing planning and KPI setting.
  • Monitor & measure the performance of our marketing activities and report to the Marketing Lead and wider business stakeholders.
  • Work closely and build relationships with external service providers i.e. design and print agencies.
  • Collaborate with other divisions to deliver exhibitions, shows and events and manage company award entries.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks to support the Accounts team, including budget reconciliations, project set-ups.

What experience do you need?

  • This role would suit either a Marketing Graduate or a Junior Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience.
  • The role will be well supported but will have a high degree of autonomy so a can-do, proactive and self starting attitude will be essential.
  • We love a smart sense of humour, and as a challenger brand, we would love you to help us build our brand personality across our marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
  • Excellent time-management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks / projects concurrently to deadlines.
  • Strong skills in digital design platforms such as Photoshop, Canva etc.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, including analysis of website and social media performance data.
  • A flexible attitude.
  • A willingness to learn.

37.5 hours per week
